As a member of the firm's Executive Leadership Team, she oversees the performance and functions of the Operations and Service teams. Karlie previously held the title of Office Manager at Seven Springs from 2011-2016. She returned as Director of Operations in 2022 after serving as a Senior Executive Assistant at Bridgestone Americas, where she supported multiple C-suite executives at their headquarters in downtown Nashville. Born and raised in Middle Tennessee, Karlie graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a BBA in Marketing and Business Administration. She resides in Old Hickory with her husband, Bradley, and enjoys spending her free time with family and friends on the lake and exploring menus at local restaurants and coffee shops.
